Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) is a not-for-profit community health system dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of the people of Northeast Georgia.
Sponsorships & Donations
To request a sponsorship, please complete the request form.
- All requests must be submitted at least two months in advance of the event or activity
- All requests must include a completed Sponsorship Request Form
- Supporting documents are required
Requests for support for individuals, religious or political purposes will not be considered.
