Life After Stroke

This event is intended to empower stroke survivors and caregivers to lead a satisfying and active life.

• Exchanging information, stories, ideas and potential solutions to common challenges
• Talking through the tough times and discussing coping mechanisms
• Learning about secondary stroke prevention, home modifications, local resources, etc., from caring professionals.

Registration is preferred, but not required to attend.
